PUNJAB REVENUE AUTHORITY GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT Punjab Revenue Authority, Government of Punjab, requires the services of suitable Pakistani nationals of Punjab Province for the following posts on contract basis (lump-sum pay package),

1. Assistant 1 (i)                 MS/ BS in Electrical/ Computer/ Software/ Telecom Engineering,    35 Years

  (Systems)/        
(ii)               Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
  Program   (iii)             Must have strong knowledge of Windows Server/ Linux operating  
  Officer   system, active directory, exchange & share point, virtualization  
      technologies, software firewalls and administrative experience of Oracle & MYSQL databases  
      (iv)             MCSE, A+, RHC&A certifications will be preferred.  
2. Assistant 2 (i)                 MS/BS in Electrical/ Computer/ Software/ Telecom Engineering,     35 Years  
  Director   Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject.  
  (Databases/        
(ii)               Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
  Program   (iii)             Strong experience/ knowledge in design, development & mainte-  
  Officer   nance of large databases, Oracle & SQL databases, backup and recovery of databases, SQL performance tuning & SQL scripting.  
      (iv)             Oracle 11g/12C, OCP and MC&A certification will be preferred.  
3. Assistant 3 (i)                 MS/ BS in Electrical/ Computer/ Software/ Telecom Engineering,    35 Years  
  Director   Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject.  
  (Software)/        
(ii)               Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
  Program   (iii)             Strong experience/ knowledge in software development, Object  
  Officer   oriented analysis and design, relational databases, JAVA, MS,  
      .NET, ASP.NET, Crystal report, Web services, client server programming, C#.NET XML *PHP  
      (iv) (v)    
Strong knowledge in  layer    develop experience/      presentation     web ment including HTMLS, CSS3, Java Script, JQuery and AJAX OCP Java SE 7 Programmer, MCPD preferred.
4. Assistant Director 1 (i) MS/ BS in Electrical/ Computer/ Software/ Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject. 35 Years
  (Networks)/   (ii)    
Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
  Program Officer   (iii) Strong experience/ knowledge in TCP/ IP LAN/ WAN Design, Management & Monitoring, VPN Server, Routing, Switching and controller based access points.  
      (iv) CCNA/ CCNP Certification will be preferred.  
  Assistant Director 1 (i) MS/ BS in Electrical/ Computer/ Software/ Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject. 35 Years
  (Applications)/   (ii)    
Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
  Program   (iii) Strong experience/ knowledge in Android/ IOS App Development  
        Android Studio, Eclipse and Sub-Version, SQL Lite, SOAP, Rest  
Officer
        & JSON.  
6. Assistant 2 (i) BCS/ MCS or BS/ MS Statistics/ Engineering. 35 Years
  Director (Data   (ii)    
Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
  Analysis)/ Program Officer   (iii) Strong experience/ knowledge in Data Management Solutions, Interrogating Databases using SQL, SAC, XML, Access, PLSQ and Excel.  
7. Graphic 1 (i) BS in Arts or related subjects. 35 Years
  Designer   (ii)    
Minimum 3 years experience in Designing for Print & Web
      (iii) Strong Graphic Designing Skills and Proficiency in Adobe in  
        Design Illustrator and Photoshop.  
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. Application Form can be downloaded from National Testing Services (NTS)
website (www.nts.org.pk)
  1. Candidates shall submit application form duly filled in along with test fee of Rs.
500/- in favour of National Testing Service, copy of CNIC and two recent pass- port size photographs directly to NTS through courier on the address men- tioned on Application Form.
  1. Test Fee shall be paid in any branch of Meezan Bank, MCB, ABL, or HBL on
prescribed bank challan (attached with application form downloaded from NTS website).
  1. Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be
summarily rejected. Only those candidates who have completed their requi- site degree are eligible to apply. Candidates to whom final transcript has not been issued shall not be considered.
  1. Eligibility of a candidate shall be determined on the basis of academics, NTS
test (to be conducted by National Testing Services) and interview by the De- partment.
  1. Only short-listed candidates on the basis of written test will be called for in-
terview.
  1. Last Date for submission of application is 28th January, 2017.
  2. Roll Number Slips containing the information regarding test center, timings
and test date shall be separately dispatched directly to candidate by NTS at least one week before the test
  1. Candidates can also download their Roll Number Slips from NTS website.
  2. Candidates shall present original documents, along with a set of attested
copies of all the relevant documents at the time of interview.
  1. The appointments shall be made strictly on merit under the broad guidelines of the lat-
est Recruitment Policy/ Contract Appointment Policy of Government of the Punjab.
  1. The applicant must be having a domicile of Punjab Province and can be
posted anywhere in Punjab, local residents will be given preference.
  1. No TA/ DA shall be given for test/ interview.
